Pricing

We have simple pricing of $6.50 per guest ($800 minimum, add-ons not included). What's included? 1 blue or ivory bar cart, 4 ice cream flavors, 2 professional servers, 1-3 hours of service, bowls, spoons, napkins, and a menu display. The best part? You keep any extra ice cream!

Add-ons

Make your ice cream bar even more unique! We offer a self serve Topping Bar ($2), Chocolate Chip Cookies ($2), Brownies ($2), Cones ($1), Start-up Suckers of your choice (.75), and even an additional serving hour if you'd like ($100)! Mix and match to create your perfect package.

No, we believe in transparent pricing. $6.50/person (or $800 minimum) plus tax is the exact price you will pay. Tips are suggested but optional.

Each serving station can serve up to 400 people per hour. For 1000+ person events, we bring multiple carts free of charge to match the serving capacity required. We have enough stations to serve up to 20,000 people in a single event.

No, our serving stations are completely self contained and run on dry ice.

Our standard serving window is 3 hours. We charge $100 per hour past that. The serving window does not include setup or takedown.

Yes, we have both dairy-free and gluten-friendly options available. However, all products are made in a facility that works with nuts and gluten.

Yes! For events with less than a week’s notice, please contact us directly to check availability and make arrangements. Events@rockwellicecream.com

We currently provide service up to one hour away from our SLC and Provo Stores. For events over an hour away, a $100 travel fee applies. Max drive time is 1.5 hours. Please note, we do not travel out of state.

Yes, you do get to keep the leftovers. Our ice cream comes in 2.5 gallon boxes.
